We will treat each order for products as an offer by you to purchase the products subject to these terms and conditions. Availability Whilst we endeavor to only show items on the website that are in stock, products are subject to availability. If we do
not supply the products for any reason, we will not charge you for these products and we will refund any money already paid for the products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may incur if we do not supply products. Delivery We will endeavor to deliver products seconds, following clearance of your payment. Products are subject to availability and delay in delivery of products is sometimes outside of our control. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the products unless caused by our negligence. As soon as we have delivered the products you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the products to you. Returns Policy If products arrive damaged or are faulty you must send a returns request via the contact form on the contact page, within 2 hours from receiving time, with proofs of issues of received products (attaching images is preferable). You will be responsible for returning the products which we will replace at no charge. You will get a voucher with same value of defected products in your accounts once you get our approval on the return request.
